With a belt length range of 1000-2000mm, this versatile tool is specifically designed to cater to the needs of smaller shops and blade smiths, while also being a valuable addition for makers across various fields.

  • The modular design allows for easy customization and future upgrades, adapting to your evolving needs as a maker.

    • Contact wheels, big or small.

    • Adjustable angle table

    • Adjustable angle D-plate

  • Tilting feature allows vertical and horizontal grinding.

  • Frame is made out of 8mm steel plate for rugged construction.

  • Option for variable speed drive (VFD)

  • Belt selection is basically infinite with the 1000-2000mm adjustable belt length.

  • Common motor type with B3 foot mounting and 90S frame (distance between fastening holes 140 x 125 mm)


DIY kit includes following items:

  • All the laser cut sheet metal parts for the frame assembly (8mm S355JH).

  • BONUS contact wheel cuttings (for 50-200mm contact wheel).

  • Post tubes and sleeves. (40x40x4mm and 50x50x5mm square tube)

  • All the fasteners required to assemble a working unit.

  • Spring for the tensioner system.
